Dr. Don Escarzega-Phan, M.D.

Practicing in Arlington since 2011, Dr. Phan is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist. Dr. Phan earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University, medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, Georgetown Medical School in Washington, D.C. in Anesthesiology, and was trained in Pain Management at The University of California in San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Phan has dedicated his medical career to improving health and lives of other living with pain. He is an expert diagnostician focused on having his patients return to the activities they love by utilizing non-surgical and cutting edge therapies and techniques to reduce and manage patient pain. He believes leadership in medicine means not only outstanding medical care, but also a comprehensive commitment to improving the quality of patients lives.

Jay J. Patel, M.D.

Dr. Patel received his education and training from distinguished institutions including Saint Louis University School of Medicine, Georgetown University for his residency in Anesthesiology, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for his fellowship in Pain Management. Dr. Patel joined the team at Texas Pain Specialists in 2023. Dr. Patel clinical efforts are directed at the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic spinal pain and injuries. he specializes in the latest minimally invasive, non-surgical techniques including injections, ablations, regenerative medicine, spinal cord and nerve stimulation. Dr. Patel combines his extensive education and genuine care to understand and treat his patients' unique pain conditions.​​​
